Turn classified journal items into Bank of Slovenia SKV/KRD and SFR report data. Review opening balances, period movements, counterpart sectors and financial instruments before printing SKV or downloading XML.

Configure account and partner classifications first, and select only the intended reporting company when preparing SFR data.

Documentation

  • User Manual: illustrated classifications and SKV preparation, SFR workflow, company safeguards and troubleshooting.

Features

Classifications

  • Loads SKIS institutional-sector codes and financial-instrument data.

  • Adds SKIS sector codes to partners and accounts.

  • Adds KRD instrument type and maturity to accounts.

  • Adds SFR debt/obligation and account-versus-partner SKIS source selections.

  • Adds capital-link and non-resident-sector selections to partners.

  • Stores default SKV debt and obligation account lists on the company.

SKV and SFR reports

  • Generates SKV lines with opening balances, period increases/decreases and closing balances from posted journal items.

  • Groups SKV data by instrument, maturity, capital link, sector, currency and country, excluding partners in the company's country.

  • Provides SKV PDF printing and XML download.

  • Prepares four SFR sections for financial assets, liabilities and their transactions, grouped by sector and financial instrument.

  • Identifies partners missing SKIS codes in the SFR preparation workflow.

  • Generates an SFR XML file from the prepared sections.

Configuration

  • Install with l10n_si_config, Accounting, base_currency_iso_4217, base_iso3166, account_fiscal_month and account_fiscal_year.

  • Enable Slovenian accounting and complete company registry number, VAT, sector classification and contact details.

  • In company Localization Settings, select the SKV debt and obligation accounts.

  • Configure KRD instrument and maturity on the SKV accounts.

  • Configure financial instrument, SFR debt/obligation and SKIS code source on the SFR accounts. Select an account SKIS code when the source is Account.

  • Complete partner country, capital link and non-resident sector for SKV, and partner SKIS codes where required by SFR.

  • Configure fiscal years and the reporting period.

Usage

Prepare SKV:

  1. Open Accounting > Reporting > SI Bank Reports > SKV Report.

  2. Select dates, responsible person and report-maker details.

  3. Review the default debt and obligation accounts. Wizard defaults are read from shared system parameters; confirm that every selected account belongs to the intended reporting company.

  4. Use Get Data and review the grouped balances.

  5. Use Print or XML Export.

Prepare SFR:

  1. Open Accounting > Reporting > SI Bank Reports > SFR Report.

  2. Select the year, quarter and date range, and review company details.

  3. Use Prepare Data and review all report sections.

  4. Resolve partners listed without SKIS codes and prepare the data again.

  5. Use Generate xml and download the file.

Data model notes

  • Reference models are l10n.si.bank.skis.sector.code and l10n.si.bank.financial.instruments.

  • Report wizards and their generated lines are transient records.

  • Both report aggregators use posted journal items and accounting dates.

  • SKV separates pre-period opening balances from movement within the selected range. Foreign-currency amounts retain transaction-currency values.

  • SFR balance sections aggregate from fiscal-year start to the selected end date; transaction sections use the selected date range.

  • Internal users have wizard access; SKIS reference data is read-only under the addon's internal-user ACL.

  • Company account lists are editable on Localization Settings. The settings model copies them to shared system parameters when Slovenian accounting is enabled, and the SKV wizard reads those parameters for its defaults. Editing the company form alone does not synchronize those wizard defaults.

Known limitations

  • SKV skips groups with incomplete required classifications or country/currency information. Review the source classifications when totals are incomplete.

  • SKV account defaults are not isolated by company. Review them when switching reporting companies, and select the intended accounts directly in the wizard.

  • SFR aggregation has no explicit single-company domain; it relies on normal record access and the active company context. Restrict allowed companies to the intended reporting company before preparing a report.

  • SFR export builds XML but does not run the bundled XSD validator.

  • These workflows produce downloadable reports; they do not submit them to the Bank of Slovenia.
