Retained fiscal migration evidence

Fiscal migration completed successfully on all deployed databases. The retained backup window contains only migrated databases; upgrades from the former period-based implementation are no longer supported by this release. No production database operation is implied by this code cleanup.

Retained data and interfaces

  • pmis_account_dates/fiscal_migration/models/pmis_fiscal_migration_baseline.py retains the original company-scoped counts, expected/actual fingerprints, and capture/verification timestamps. Its model, table, fields, company rule, and read-only manager access remain unchanged.
  • pmis_account_dates/fiscal_migration/audit.py only reads current fingerprints. The digest field order and bucket algorithm remain compatible with the sealed evidence.
  • pmis_stock_move_fiscal_month/fiscal_migration/models/ retains the abstract history model and its stock-move/picking extensions. Historical status, legacy date/period, final proposed date/period, reason, explanation, and decision log remain in their original columns.
  • pmis_stock_account/fiscal_migration/models/stock_valuation_layer_fiscal_migration.py retains the same evidence on valuation layers, including the valuation-only legacy manual period.
  • The retained fields are read-only through the ORM, including superuser imports and writes. New records and copies start with no archived evidence and status done; context defaults cannot fabricate historical decisions. Existing states are preserved, not marked complete.
  • Fiscal Migration Audit and its company-scoped live-finding drilldowns remain available under Accounting > Audit > Migrations & Incidents > Fiscal Migration. History lists are read-only. They do not repair business records or recreate missing original evidence.

Archived proposal fields are ordinary stored fields now. Changing current source dates or range configuration does not overwrite the final migration proposals. Archived status no longer holds current date computations; normal accounting and stock authority determine current fiscal dates.

Retired execution

The snapshot/preservation and baseline capture/sealing helpers, legacy field-ownership installation hook, source/layer converters, conversion locks, acceptance/retry/explanation actions, and transient review-note wizard have been removed. The old migrations/18.0.2.0.0/ entrypoints and their conversion, concurrency, and historical-registry rehearsal tests have also been removed.

Both retained scheduled-action XML IDs load inactive with inert pass code. Existing noupdate jobs receive the same settings through the uncommitted retirement upgrade entrypoints:

  • pmis_stock_move_fiscal_month: 18.0.2.0.0 → 18.0.2.0.1.
  • pmis_stock_account: 18.0.2.0.1 → 18.0.2.0.2.

These are the already prepared version bumps, reused for the complete retirement. No additional manifest bump is needed for the uncommitted cleanup. pmis_account_dates needs no new data upgrade and keeps its version. Manual execution or accidental reactivation of the retained jobs is inert.

Permanent behavior

Keep accounting fiscal/tax dates, posted-date fixation, authorized recognition corrections, native lock protection, journal-item propagation, source instructions, company period lookup, and normal range refresh. The manual period selectors on stock moves and pickings remain convenience inputs; only the identically named selector on valuation layers is archived evidence. Valuation amounts, FIFO chronology, remaining quantities, and ordinary valuation authority remain operational.

There is no evidence-table or column cleanup in this release. Any future removal or export of retained evidence requires a separate retention decision.
