Standalone tools
Root tools/ contains the Python compatibility bridge.
It is distinct from scripts/integration/,
which contains host-facing integration, installation, and policy/layout
helpers.
The complete host-helper category moved together; the policy checker remains an intentionally non-functional placeholder.
Python compatibility
python_compatibility.py exposes the shared Odoo-derived Python compatibility
implementation from the sibling _pmiguidelines repository. See the
compatibility reference for its
environment checks and supported interfaces.
