Intrastat reports for Slovenia
English | Slovenščina
Prepare Slovenian arrivals and dispatches declarations from invoice data, review commodity and partner details, and export XML or XLSX for filing and review. The addon extends OCA intrastat_product and includes English and Slovenian 2026 CN8 code packs.
Code loading changes shared HS/CN records across companies; review the selected year before loading a pack.

Features
Declarations and exports
Provides Slovenian declaration, computation-line and declaration-line models for arrivals and dispatches.
Gathers invoice and refund data through standard model inheritance.
Adds decimal weight, supplementary quantities, product origin, partner VAT and extended-reporting Incoterm support.
Warns when a gathered CN8 code is invalid for the declaration period.
Resolves transaction records using the 2026 set for periods from January 2026 when the code is available, with the legacy set as fallback.
Generates XML and validates it against the bundled data/INSTAT62-SI.xsd before returning the file.
Exports net mass and supplementary quantities with three decimal places, invoiced amounts as integers and statistical values with two decimals.
Provides a Slovenian XLSX report and invoice Intrastat information.
CN8 code packs
Loads English and Slovenian 2026 code packs from static/template_data/. Documentation files are not import sources.
Discovers files named YYYY_ll_intrastat_codes.csv and offers their year/language combinations.
Imports only eight-digit codes and updates shared hs.code records by local_code, including archived records.
Pack descriptions overwrite existing descriptions in the activated matching language; resolvable supplementary units are updated. An empty or unresolved unit in the pack leaves an existing code's supplementary unit unchanged.
Codes present in the selected year pack receive January 1 as their validity start and no end date. Other CN8 codes receive December 31 of the preceding year as their validity end.
Reports products using codes invalid at the selected year's start, checking each accessible Slovenian company.
Configuration
Dependencies are account, sale_partner_incoterm, intrastat_product, stock_picking_invoice_link and purchase. The manifest declares a conflict with report_intrastat.
Set the declaration company's country to Slovenia and complete its VAT, Intrastat and fiscal-position configuration.
Configure product HS/CN codes, weight, supplementary units and origin.
For extended declarations, configure transport modes and Incoterms.
Accounting users/managers have access to the Slovenian declaration models. The code-loader menu requires Slovenian Intrastat Product Declaration; wizard ACLs also require system-administrator or accounting-user access.
Activate the language of the selected code pack before loading it.
Statistical-value parameters default to a 2% reduction for DAP/DDP/DPU Incoterms and a 5% increase otherwise. The keys are intrastat_statistical_value_minus_adjust and intrastat_statistical_value_plus_adjust.
Usage
Load the current code pack:
Open Intrastat > Load Intrastat Codes.
Select the available year and language. The default prefers an available pack matching the user's English/Slovenian language, otherwise the first available pack in descending year order.
Review that this operation updates shared HS codes and validity dates. The displayed company field does not make the import company-specific.
Use Load.
Review the completion counts and examples of products with invalid codes.
Prepare a declaration:
Open Slovenian Intrastat Product Declaration under Intrastat.
Select the company, year, month, arrival/dispatch direction and reporting level.
Gather invoice data and review the computation lines and warnings.
Review CN validity, country of origin, transaction records, partner VAT and any extended-reporting details.
Generate the declaration lines and export XML or XLSX.
Resolve XML validation errors before downloading the final XML.
For Slovenian companies, the upstream OCA declaration menu is hidden except for system administrators in debug mode. Other companies retain the normal upstream menu behavior.
Data model notes
Local models are l10n.si.intrastat.product.declaration, l10n.si.intrastat.product.computation.line and l10n.si.intrastat.product.declaration.line.
account.move.intrastat.line gains decimal transaction weight, a country-of-origin code and company-currency amounts.
Purchase lines gain a product-origin field defaulted from the product.
hs.code.cn_valid_from and cn_valid_to provide inclusive validity boundaries through is_valid_for_date().
HS codes are global in the dependency model. The installer updates them by local_code across companies.
The installer requires at least one accessible company with country or fiscal country SI. With exactly one such company, it also attempts Slovenian chart fiscal-position setup and a narrowly scoped legacy transaction-company correction; multiple SI companies skip that correction.
Invoice gathering and export behavior are implemented by the model and report extensions imported by this addon.
Known limitations
Loading a code pack updates shared codes and can affect their use by other companies. It is not isolated to the company selected on the wizard.
Reloading another year overwrites current validity boundaries; it is not a historical-code snapshot workflow.
Only the 2026 English and Slovenian packs are shipped. Historical transaction records remain available separately.
CN validity during invoice gathering produces warnings, not a hard stop.
XML currently writes nature-of-transaction components as 1 and 1; it does not serialize the selected transaction record's code.
XML declares EUR as its currency. Review company-currency assumptions for non-EUR company configurations.
The gather override does not distribute separately known invoice accessory costs into goods values.
Export validates the bundled schema; it does not submit a declaration to the reporting portal.
