PMIS CMR Report

Beta License: AGPL-3 PMISuite/stock-accounting Version: 18.0

Creates editable CMR document snapshots from posted customer invoices or credit notes and completed stock transfers, then prints the configured CMR PDF. Creating a CMR does not post accounting entries or execute stock moves.

Configuration

Dependencies are pmis_stock_account, product_dimension, delivery, and report_qweb_pdf_watermark. Stock users have read, create, write, and delete access to cmr.document.

Complete the company address, including postal code, city, and country, and the recipient details before creating a document. The creation methods concatenate company address fields directly and expect these values to exist.

Usage

  1. Open a posted customer invoice/credit note or a completed picking.

  2. Click Create CMR. The button is hidden once a linked document exists.

  3. Open CMR documents, review the copied fields, and complete any missing transport information.

  4. Use the document's print action to generate its CMR PDF.

Sender, recipient, loading/unloading locations, reference, description, carrier, and date are copied rather than kept synchronized with their source. Descriptions combine parent product-category names for storable products.

Calculation and limitations

Invoice CMR weight is the rounded sum of product weights once per invoice line: it is not multiplied by invoice quantities. Picking CMR weight uses the picking's weight rounded to two decimals. Review gross weight before printing.

Invoice documents copy the invoice incoterm and invoice date. Picking documents use the completion date and do not populate incoterm automatically.

The button visibility is not a server-side uniqueness or state constraint; direct method calls can create additional documents. Company ownership is recorded, but this addon defines no company record rule for CMR documents. The template does not establish legal completeness or submit documents to an external transport service.
