PMIS Invoice Grouped by Picking
This addon changes the invoice PDF layout to group invoice lines by linked stock pickings. It prepares report data only; it does not create or modify invoices, deliveries, or accounting entries.
Features
Picking headers show the picking name and completion date, with sales order and customer references when available.
Grouped quantities come from linked stock moves, with customer-location signs and refund handling. Remaining quantities can appear without a picking; section and note lines are retained.
For sales lines without stock moves, related sale-order pickings provide a fallback grouping.
Tracked products can show lot names and their aggregated quantities.
When the fiscal position enables hs_origin and the product has an HS code, the report includes customs information and calculated weight.
Configuration and usage
Dependencies are account, pmis_ux, intrastat_product, and stock_picking_invoice_link.
Maintain the normal invoice-to-picking links and product tracking data.
On the partner's Accounting tab, configure Hide negative quantity on invoice report? and Hide lots on invoice report? as needed.
Enable HS origin on the fiscal position when customs information is needed, and configure product HS codes and weights.
Print the invoice using the standard invoice report.
Negative-quantity hiding uses the invoice partner and does not apply in the same way to customer refunds. Lot hiding uses the commercial partner.
Limitations
Grouped delivered and lot quantities use raw stock quantities without conversion to the invoice line's unit of measure. Review invoices with different stock and invoice units; their grouped quantities and unallocated remainders can be misleading. The sale-order fallback keeps one picking per sales order, rather than allocating across all of that order's deliveries.
Lot quantities are summed by lot name across all stock move lines linked to the invoice line, not filtered to the current picking group or to completed moves. The same lot summary can therefore appear under multiple groups.
The addon defines company and partner hide_origin fields, but its own QWeb templates do not consume them. Do not rely on that field alone to hide origin references; other installed report customizations can affect the final layout.
