These PNG screenshots were captured from the actual Odoo 18 Community web client
on October 10, 2026, with addon version 18.0.1.3.0. All 12 previous images were
recaptured, and six images were added for operating guidance and skill workflows.
The fresh disposable database contained only synthetic company, user, chat,
command, custom skill, product, contact, and quotation records. The
viewport was 1440 × 1060 pixels, with US English interface text.
The company credential and model catalog were synthetic fixtures. The review reports were supplied deterministically through the addon's AI outcome method; no live provider inference, entitlement test, or real token was used. The contact creation, quotation creation, and quotation-line creation ran through the actual ordinary-user executor and produced immutable receipts. The quotation remained in draft with two service units at 100.00 USD, no sales taxes, and a 200.00 USD total; it was neither confirmed nor sent. Discuss commands were captured by posting as the authorized requester. Other sample commands exercised the actual completion and cancellation lifecycle.
A separate temporary PostgreSQL cluster used a private Unix socket, and the
temporary Odoo server was bound to loopback with isolated storage. Contacts, CRM,
and Sales were installed to show the skills' capability requirements. The custom
Contact Creation skill was assigned alongside the three supplied starter
skills. Starting work froze all four available workflows; actual skill loads
recorded contact_creation and sale_quotation_handling, each at version 1,
in the corresponding command's Audit. Skill loads were not mutation receipts.
Background cron workers were disabled. Browser Bots and Command Queue were configured with explicit main Form view entries in the disposable database, because the unconfigured actions selected the advanced helper forms. The manual documents this configuration workaround. No addon source was changed for capture.
After capture and rendering checks, the temporary Odoo and Chromium processes were stopped, along with the isolated PostgreSQL cluster. The cluster/database, filestore, credentials, browser profile, and private runtime storage were removed. The screenshots contain no production data.

For future recaptures, exclude credentials, private URLs, database identifiers, real user/customer data, unrelated conversations, browser profiles, and production logs. Use a fresh authorized disposable database and disclose any simulated provider metadata or reports. Capture only states the demonstration reaches.
