Host policy and layout checker status

The reserved implementation path is /srv/pmiverse/_pmiconfig/scripts/integration/pmiverse_policy_check.py.

The checked-in command accepts -h and --help and explains that no checks are implemented. Normal invocation reports that limitation on stderr and exits with status 1; unsupported arguments exit with status 2. It performs no checks and must not be treated as evidence that a host satisfies PMIVerse policy or layout requirements.

No verified host policy/layout validation command is available in this repository at present. The intended check set and supported host/version scope need maintainer confirmation before this page can document an executable interface.

Canonical PMIVerse policy is maintained outside this repository.

The related CLI integration installer can expose helper commands, but installing a shortcut does not add validation behavior to this placeholder.
